ENTERTAINMENT CONTRACT

This contract between __________________ (Hereinafter referred to as “Client”), and Joef Productions, Inc. (Hereinafter referred to as “Vendor”) is entered into under the following terms and conditions.

Services Provided

4 Musicians (Vocals, Guitar, Bass and Percussion) 2 Dancers (1 Flamenco and 1 Belly dancer).
The group will perform two sets of 45 minutes and 1 set of 30 minutes, with 2 breaks in between.

In consideration for services provided to the “Client” by the “Vendor”

“Client” agrees to pay the Sum of: $______.

Both “Client and Vendor” shall deem this contract void if not signed.

1. Each “Set” of performance requires a 20-minute break for the “Entertainer(s)”.
2. This contract may be cancelled by the “Client” up to (30) days prior to performance date, only if the client has major reasons for cancellations. The “Employee” maintains the right to withhold the deposit for any cancellations within (30) days of performance date.
3. The State of California shall construe this contract under the laws.
